I got these two oils as a gift couple of years ago. I haven't used them too much, but I thought it would be nice to introduce the brand and organic 'remedies' to you. So first of all Neal's Yard Remedies is a leading independent British retailer of organic natural health and beauty products. These two oils with strong herb scent are meant to relax and help you to study. The bottle explains that you need to roll them over your pulse points. I usually use it on my wrists as it is easy to smell the scent from there. I believe that the scent can relax or awaken you, but I haven't really seen any proper evidence that these oils help you to relax any other way.

I have two oils one for relaxation and one which would help you to study. The relaxation oil reminds me of massage oil as the aroma is warm and spicy. The study oil is more fresh and awakening and it has strong herb scent. I love this one so much as it reminds me of my grandma who use to collect herbs with be and dry them on the sealing after that she use to smell just like that.
