Monday Manicure - Grey With Black & White Dots

Nail Polish Style (C) Sophie Sandstorm - All Rights Reserved
Monday morning! Are you ready for a manicure with dots! I love brown-greyish nail polishes and adding some black and white dots on top you can make it more playful. For these nails I used Max Factors', Collection's and L'Oreal's nail polishes.

Rimmel London Red Nail Polish Review

Rimmel London Red Nail Polish (C) Sophie Sandstorm - All Rights Reserved
Who wouldn't have bright red nail polish on their collection? I think every girl should have bright true red nail polish and lipstick! One of my favourite red nail polish colours is Rimmel's Double Decker Red shade. It's a perfect true red and goes so nicely with lipstick!

Rimmel London nail polishes stays on pretty well and they do not chip any more than any other nail polish. I like Rimmel as it has true British brand image and they show it in the products by using British icons such as red double decker in their nail polish names.

Sinful Colors Professional Nail Polish Review - 323 Feeling Great

Sinful Colors Nail Polish (C) Sophie Sandstorm - All Rights Reserved

I just bought a new summer nail polish from Sinful Colors! I'm not a big fan of pink colours, but this time somehow I fell in love with this dark fuchsia pink. The colour is called 'Feeling Great', which is definitely great name for it. The colour is so bold and bright. It would make anyone feeling great.

This affordable nail polish brand (£1.99) is from US and all of its nail polishes are made in USA. The brand has amazing colours and I definitely will be buying more. I would say that the quality of Sinful Colors nail polish is pretty average it dries pretty quickly and usually needs to coats to make the colour perfect, but compared to the price definitely a great buy! KIKO Cosmetics Nail Polish review

KIKO Cosmetics Nail Polish (C) Sophie Sandstorm - All Rights Reserved
KIKO Makeup Milano is an Italian professional cosmetics brand that features a range of cutting-edge makeup, face and body treatments. I first got introduced to KIKO when I was first time visiting Milano, at the time the brand was still pretty small, but had good potential to grow outside of Italy. Right now you can buy KIKO cosmetics at their stores in both Westfields and in Regents Street in London. Also they have an online store, which is selling limited variety of products: http://www.kikocosmetics.co.uk/

KIKO is definitely one of my favourite brands, it's luxurious, extremely good quality and affordable. The shop assistants are always helpful and they are wearing amazing makeups themselves, so they clearly know what are they talking about.

I have couple of KIKO's nail polishes and they are my all time favourites as the colours are just amazing. After shopping at KIKO you are never going back to your drugstore favourites I can promise you.

This is my oldest KIKO nail polish which I bought when I was visiting Milano. I couldn't find the colour number at their website, so I guess they don't have the colour anymore or they have renamed it, which is possible as I found one exactly the same colour at their website called 'Pearly Orange'.

The colour is beautiful, it is clear orange, but with pearly shine. This nail polish is made for warm summer days and beach holidays in Spain!

The next KIKO nail polish is beautiful brown colour, which is my favourite as it is neutral and can be worn easily at the office, without a shock factor.

The name is Gold Rosy Brown which is quite interesting name as on the nails the colour is not rosy, more solid shiny light brown, although you can see the 'gold shine' when the polish is in the bottle.

Now we are going for the shock factor colours! Even if blue is formal, this KIKO nail polish colour adds dark glamour, smoky eyes and femme fatale look to your nails. I can imagine wearing this when going out some artsy place with full dark make up and killer high heels.

The China Blue colour is dark, has light shimmer to it and looks almost black when you put more than one coat. It has electric shine, with black outline.

The last KIKO nail polish colour is Violet Microglitter, which is the universe colour, it has million shades of glitter on the beautiful violet under colour. I haven't used this colour as much as others as it is quite hard to match with outfit as it is such a show stopper. I would prefer using this when going out, maybe even with more dark bohemian look with a lot of silver rings. The colour is beautiful so I hope I would be wearing the nail polish more often.

I'm actually wearing Gold Rosy Brown today! It's such a beautiful colour and goes so well with natural light brown smoky eye make up!

+ The Good

-The Bad

Have you ever tried KIKO Cosmetics? What do you think about the brand?

Revlon Top Speed Nail Polish Review

Revlon Nail Polish Top Speed (C) Sophie Sandstorm - All Rights Reserved
Revlon is one of my favourite nail polish brands. It was one of the first first nail polishes I got when I was teenager. The colour was ‘001 Sheer Sugar”, which has been my everyday nail polish every since. This cloudy white colour is perfect for making nails look healthy and shiny. It looks very natural and perfect for wearing with office outfit or other occasion when you need your nails to look neat.

The next nail polish I got from Revlon was '560 Forbidden' top speed nail polish, which is beautiful dark red. Other plus is that I can easily say this is the fastest drying nail polish ever! This classic red is true femme fatale nail polish. A true red colour which every girl such have.

The last colour I want to introduce is '607 Hazy', which is a cold grey colour. This official looking grey shade goes amazingly well with grey smokey eye look!

+ THE GOOD
Super Quick! Dries instantly!
Beautiful colours
Excellent brush & easy to apply
1 layers is enough for 607 Hazy

 - THE BAD
You need to shake the nail polish bottle a lot!
You need more than 1 layer for 560 Forbidden
Cracks quite easily

What do you think? What's your favourite nail polish colour? Do you like more natural shades, classic red or dramatic black? Leave comment down below!
